Returns Policy

At Plenty of Pattern, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our printed orders, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

Pre-Purchase Assistance: If you have any concerns or queries before making a purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to Amy. She's here to assist you and address any questions you may have.

Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Kindly include a photo and a description of the issue, and send it to hello@plentyofpattern.com.au. We'll swiftly work to resolve the matter for you.

Pattern Origins: All our patterns are sourced from reputable online platforms that provide commercial licenses for their prints, such as Creative Fabrica and FreePik. If you're curious about the artist behind a particular pattern, feel free to message Amy, and she'll be happy to provide you with the information.

Exclusivity: We do not offer exclusivity to our patterns. However, if you choose to print your own pattern, you'll have full exclusivity to it. In such cases, we'll only retain your design on file for printing purposes.
